Web Advantage Helps UNICEF Canada Give “Gifts of Magic”
UNICEF’s “Gifts of Magic” provides life-saving and life-enhancing gifts, such as food, water, and education to the worlds most vulnerable children.
The online media campaign that Web Advantage planned, bought, managed and optimized for UNICEF Canada’s “Gifts of Magic” 2010 holiday campaign delivered over 3.1 million targeted ad impressions and 8,808 clicks, resulting in an 89% increased conversion rate, exceeding expected performance goals.
Web Advantage’s Niche Ad Strategy Gives a Huge Boost to IFAW’s Animal Activism Campaigns
The International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) is one of the largest animal welfare organisations in the world. IFAW contacted Web Advantage for a targeted banner ad buy that would help drive traffic to animal activist site StopWhaling.org where visitors could take action against whaling and raise awareness.
With a very short turnaround time for planning the buy and launching ads, Web Advantage developed a niche ad strategy targeting proven websites whose primary audience includes environmentally-conscientious, pet-owning women over age 30. Our recommended niche websites accounted for more than 24% of all conversions and resulted in a 55% conversion rate.
Following the “Stop Whaling” campaign success, IFAW further contracted Web Advantage to promote AnimalGift.org during the holiday gift-giving season. Our ad placements resulted in a strong click-through rate and helped IFAW increase ROI by more than 50% over the previous year’s campaign.
Dramatic Search Engine Rankings Increase for SEO Client, Return on Focus
Return on Focus, a pharmaceutical marketing strategy company, was looking to execute a more concerted effort to improve organic search positioning and increase targeted web traffic and leads, and turned to Web Advantage for search engine optimisation.
Through quarterly SEO, Web Advantage helped Return on Focus go from having virtually no search visibility to commanding a dominant presence at the top of the search results in Google, Bing, Yahoo and others. Of the keywords Return on Focus is targeting for SEO, 77% of keywords now appear in the Top 2 pages of search engine results, with multiple keywords boasting positions within the Top 5 rankings.
Baltimore Restaurant Week Paid Search Micro-Campaign Drives Unprecedented Traffic
Restaurant Week is a semi-annual fine dining discount event that the city of Baltimore looks forward to every year. Web Advantage has provided Tourism Australia with PPC services to promote the event, and Baltimore tourism in general, for several years.
This year, the Winter Restaurant Week PPC campaign drove unprecedented traffic for a three week campaign, generating a 333% increase over normal monthly paid search traffic with a cost-per-click 85% less and a click-through rate 170% greater than the monthly norm for Tourism Australia’s core campaign.
