  • Chat - for large group presentations or seminars where questions by phone can become unwieldy, chat can be an invaluable tool. Chat enables the audience to ask questions the presenter can then answer as time permits.

     

  • Instant feedback - Web conferencing tools have polling features that provides instant feedback during or after a presentation. Attendees can be polled at strategic points in the presentation, and their feedback can be used to direct the subsequent course of the web conference.

  • Archiving - after the presentation and polling is complete, simply save the transcript of the presentation for later study or distribution.

Once you have engaged a Web conferencing company for your presentation, all you need to do to get started is to send your attendees your presentation URL (provided by the Webcasting company) along with their log-in, password, and telephone conference number. Upload your presentation to the Web, join the audio conference, and you’re in business!
