People, for numerous reasons, feel funny (as in strange) about behaviorally targeted advertising and PII. Psycho targeting is less intrusive, but then one needs contextual relevancy. The tools and technologies over the next few years will continue to develop so that the ads are more relevant and less intrusive, while at the same time not impinging on the sense that the 'bots' are watching all my surfing behavior.
