Alison Irsch has joined as New Business Development/ Senior Account Manager; David Stansbury has been hired as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist, primarily responsible for keyword research and search engine optimization; and Bonnie Jones has joined as Publicist.

Alison Irsch has nine years of interactive experience and comes to WebAdvantage.net from advertising agency RT&E Interactive in Wilmington, Delaware, where she was the Manager of Interactive Services. Alison spearheaded the “delottery.com” campaign which earned the national lottery industry “Batchy Award.” Other of Alison’s clients included GE, DuPont, Delmarva Power, and Longwood Gardens. Alison has a degree in marketing from Lynchburg College.

David Stansbury has over six years of experience in the web industry, including positions as a Webmaster, Applications Manager, Programmer and Designer. Dave is a certified web professional and a member of the International Webmaster’s Association. Dave attended Harford Community College and Towson University.

Bonnie Jones was previously an Account Manager at The Berndt Group, where she managed projects for The Creative Alliance, The Production Management Group, Baltimore Equitable Insurance, and Service Photo. Bonnie was a recipient of a Fulbright Grant to South Korea in the year 2004-– 2005 where she taught English in a public high school.
