Growing, boutique Internet marketing agency located in scenic, waterfront Havre de Grace, Maryland, Harford County seeks a Client Solutions Specialist. Web Ad.vantage is local and takes our business very seriously, including search marketing. Web Ad.vantage is a Google AdWords Certified Professional agency and beta tester. As a Web Ad.vantage Client Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process by contacting, pre-qualifying, and generating new prospect meetings for company president; contacting in-bound prospects generated by the company’s own marketing efforts and assisting in the; writing, delivery and/or follow-up of proposals. Most qualified leads take 60-90 days to close, often require education and consultative selling. Additionally, the Client Solutions Specialist will help Web Ad.vantage expand its referral network of strategic partner agencies.

On-site in Havre de Grace, Maryland
Duties & Responsibilities:
- responding to incoming leads and Requests for Proposals generated through Web Ad.vantage’s marketing efforts
- assisting in the recording and tracking of incoming leads into CRM database
- pre-qualifying prospects based on need/solution, budget, industry etc.
- pre-determining prospects needs and Web Ad.vantage’s potential role in fulfilling/providing a solution
- communicating such needs to Web Ad.vantage principals; involving principals in pricing, proposal writing &/or pitch when necessary
- writing of detailed proposals
- researching statistics, surveys, facts to help support proposals or pitches
- assisting in the production of agency pitches to prospects
- coordinating the presentation of proposals to prospects via phone, web or in-person meetings
- following through on prospects with the goal of involving Web Ad.vantage principals to close the sale
- drafting service agreements
- providing ideas and feedback to Web Ad.vantage principals with regard to new product opportunities, product pricing, etc. based on competition, market developments, feedback from prospects, etc.
- working with the Web Ad.vantage marketing team to develop strategic plans in support of sales efforts
- generating and cultivating new strategic agency partner leads through targeting, direct sales efforts and networking (Web Ad.vantage’s goal is to have at least one active strategic partner in every state)
- Assist in the maintenance of the strategic partner database
- Assist in communication strategies to the strategic partner network
- participation in Web Ad.vantage new business cultivation activities (e.g. trade shows, seminars, conferences, etc.)
Required Skills & Personal Traits:
- Familiarity with the Internet/Internet marketing
- Agency, consulting or service-based experience a plus
- Must demonstrate a problem-solver mentality; ability to anticipate and think critically; provide creative solutions to meet prospects’ needs; always seeking to improve oneself or internal systems & processes
- Experience in technology, 50+ boomer, health care and/or working women/moms verticals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office a must; advanced Word skills a plus
- Ability to work independently but knowing when to solicit help
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
